Hi, I’m Ishikka , the founder of I'SAYS MOVE.  For the past six years, I’ve dedicated myself to working out every day, never skipping a session, and pushing my limits to become the best version of myself. Fitness has been my constant companion, and through this experience, I’ve come to realize something important: the right activewear can make all the difference

 

But I also noticed a gap in the market—while there were plenty of trendy activewear options, I couldn't find anything that truly aligned with my values of quality, sustainability, and longevity. 

 

That’s when I decided to create I’SAYS MOVE : a brand that combines my passion for fitness with my commitment to the environment. Our mission is simple: to create high-quality, timeless products that you need less of.I wanted to move away from the endless cycle of fast fashion and offer garments that not only stand the test of time in style and durability but also withstand the test of my own daily workouts. As a slow fashion brand, we focus on creating pieces that are seasonless, classic, and designed to last—just like the dedication I’ve shown to my fitness journey.
