Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

At I'SAYS MOVE, we aim to deliver your items to your doorstep within 5 working days from the date your order is processed.

Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Your return request must be sent within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info.isaysmove@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your Order Number

    • Product Name/Style Code

    • Size/Color of the product purchased

    • A picture of the product in its original condition and packaging

    • Reasons for the return

  2. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a return pickup.

Important Notes:

  • For domestic orders (India), the cost of the return pickup will be borne by the customer.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Your request must be sent within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notes on Exchanges:

  • An item can be exchanged only once. After an exchange, the item cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside of India.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Email us at info.isaysmove@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your Order Number

    • Product Name/Style Code

    • Size/Color of the product purchased

    • A picture of the product in its original condition and packaging

    • Reasons for the exchange

    • Details of the product you would like to exchange for

  2. Once approved, follow the instructions provided to process your exchange request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info.isaysmove@gmail.com within 24 hours if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Refund Policy

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please Note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card company.

  • I'SAYS MOVE reserves the right to refuse a return at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • ​Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
